Here we'll start to exchange ideas on growth strategy, team dynamics, key obstacles to growth, and how we might best engage to overcome them together.

Step 2

Gain consensus on overall growth strategy, investments, key decisions, and what our engagement routine might look like.

Here we'll finalize preliminary due diligence, present some potential investment options, and decide if there is mutual interest to partner together.

Step 3

Complete due diligence, agree to terms, and launch our partnership.

1. Getting to Know Each Other

Building a genuine connection with the leaders behind the organizations we invest in is a requirement for us. It not only fosters trust but allows for a deeper alignment of values and goals, laying the foundation for a partnership rooted in mutual understanding and shared success. Spreadsheets don’t tell stories. People do.

2. Strategy and Planning

It’s important to us that our partners establish routines and best practices surrounding strategic planning, goal setting and budgeting. We also understand that goals are a framework, not an absolute. We’ll be there to help with the plan, celebrate success, or be supportive when things don’t go as planned, or even if they come off the rails."

3. Ongoing Support

We view ourselves as advisors serving as a steady compass empowering you to make decisions in the ever-changing landscape of business. We don’t want to run your business. We don’t have a rigid playbook and every leader’s needs are different. We’ll be flexible and available to collaborate, to listen and we can be more hands-on if needed.
