Jeff is a 28-year veteran of the staffing and recruiting industry and is the founder and former CEO of the award-winning healthcare staffing firm, The Delta Companies (TDC). From 1995 to 2017, Jeff grew the company substantially, approaching $200M. In 2014, Jeff led TDC through a Private Equity exit after which he remained as CEO and a board member for three years.

In addition to his TDC board work, Jeff quickly found himself on four other boards of human capital-related businesses, including Doximity, a healthcare technology company in the process of acquiring a healthcare staffing business, Curative. From 2020 to 2023, Bowling took over as Curative CEO. He sold off divisions, focused the organization on physician staffing and recruiting, and tripled the revenue in three years despite a COVID dip.

Jeff continues to sit on several boards, is investing in staffing and staffing-related companies, and does advisory work for executives and their management teams. Bowling especially enjoys advocating for and supporting the industry through his board member and officer seat with the American Staffing Association. He is a regular speaker at various conferences, focusing heavily on leadership, culture and aligning to your strengths.

Jeff is a graduate of North Texas university, and splits his time between Dallas and the Florida Keys with his wife, Daniella.

Aaron is a 30+ year veteran of the staffing industry, launching his first staffing company in 1992, which enjoyed great success. In 1996, Green launched Professional Staffing group (PSG), rebranding the company to ProPivotal in 2022. He is currently an operator and active board member of ProPivotal and an investor in several staffing and staffing-adjacent businesses. 

In 2008, Green co-founded PSG Global Solutions, an offshore recruiting company. PSG Global grew substantially and was sold to Teleperformance for $300 Million in 2022.  Additionally, Green was an investor and board member for ClearlyRated leading up to their private equity-led majority investment in 2023.  Aaron was Chairman of the American Staffing Association board of directors and was a board member for 9 years. 

Aaron is a graduate of Tufts University, and splits his time between Boston and Miami with his wife Danielle.

Jeff is a 30+ year veteran of the staffing industry. He is the Co-Founder and former CEO and Chairman of ettain group, a staffing and services company in the areas of IT, Healthcare IT and Digital Creative. As CEO from 1996 to 2018, he led the growth and transformation of the company from a Charlotte, NC-based start-up IT staffing company to a nationally recognized technology services organization of over 1300 employees and $200 million in annual revenue. Jeff led ettain through two private equity transactions, first to New Mainstream Capital (2014), and then to A&M Capital (2019). ettain group was sold to Manpower Group in 2021 for $935M.

Jeff continues to be a leading investor, and advocate for the staffing and talent solutions industry. Since 2016, he has been a board member of the American Staffing Association. He has been recognized multiple times by Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) as one of the TOP 100 most influential industry executives and was named one of Charlotte’s most admired CEO’s in 2018. He is a former or active investor in, and advisor to, Clearly Rated, WorkN, RefAssured, Undergrads and several other staffing related companies. Jeff continues to sit on several boards and regularly speaks about the growth stages of businesses and the evolution from Founder to CEO

Jeff is a graduate of Wake Forest University, and currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Alicia, and their two daughters.
